Knightsmen Grooming is a Canadian men's grooming brand based in Toronto, Ontario, operated by Knightsmen Inc. We make beard oils, beard balms, hair oils, hair balms, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lip balm and soy candles, handcrafted in small batches in Toronto and sold at knightsmengrooming.com.

Ingredients and certification

Our formulas use COSMOS-certified organic ingredients, and every product page lists the full ingredient list (INCI). We do not test on animals. Questions about a specific ingredient are answered by email.

Shipping

Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time (ET) on a business day ship the same day from Toronto; later orders ship the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 CAD or more in Canada ($200 CAD to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and $100 USD or more in the United States, before taxes and duties. We also ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Full rates, free-shipping thresholds and delivery times are in the shipping policy.

Returns

All sales are final. Cosmetics, personal care, grooming and candle products cannot be returned, because we cannot restock and sell them again. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right. See the refund policy.
