Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Knightsmen Grooming.
Please review the following terms and conditions governing our shipping process.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on orders of $100 CAD or more in Ontario and Quebec, $125 CAD or more in other Canadian provinces, $150 CAD or more to Canadian territories, and $75 USD or more in the USA, before taxes and duties, if applicable. For a full list of Free Shipping Threshold within North America, please scroll down to the bottom of this policy to view. 

Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
Worldwide shipping is available at standard rates.

Order Accuracy

Before completing your purchase, please verify that your shipping information is correct.
Knightsmen Grooming is not responsible for non-delivery caused by errors in the shipping address provided.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a store credit will be issued for the product cost (excluding shipping).

If an order is not returned and cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
We process and ship Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

Delivery Time (Canada): 1–7 business days

(ON, QC, MB – 1 business day), (AB, BC, NB, SK – 2-3 business days), (PEI, NL, YT, NU, NW, 

Delivery Time (USA): 2–8 business days

(East Coast - 2-5 Business Days – West Coast 4-8 business days)

Delivery Time (UK): 2-9 business days

Delivery Time (International): 3-12 business days

(Customs, tariffs, or high shipping volume may result in delayed shipments—especially during peak seasons.)

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, United States Postal Service, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Tracking information will be provided once available.
Knightsmen Grooming reserves the right to select the most efficient and secure shipping method available, even if different from the customer’s initial selection.

Delays

We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery. However, shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, climate, weather, high-volume or holidays are beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us using our Contact Form.

Order number and date, Full name and address, items ordered and tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the courier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
If you suspect your package was stolen, contact your local authorities and file a police report.
For lost shipments, please first contact the courier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, email us with your order number, tracking number, and details — we will assist you in investigating and resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
