• Q: What is Beard Oil used for?
• A: Beard oil is a grooming product designed to nourish and moisturize the skin and hair of the beard. It is typically made from a blend of natural or organic oils such as Argan, jojoba, grapeseed and coconut oil, and may also contain essential oils for added fragrance and therapeutic benefits. Beard oil, depending on the person, can also be useful for healthy beard growth if used correctly and daily for at least a few months. 
  
  
• Q: Does your hair oil regrow hair?
• A: If you have a medical condition that causes for hair loss or slow growth, we recommend contacting your doctor. However, the ingredients used in our hair oil blends are known to help with hair growth, shine, strength and a hydrated scalp. No product can guarantee the growth of hair. However, our products are a topical cosmetic blend of organic oils containing organic carrier and organic essential oils with carefully crafted formulas for maximum benefits and results. Long time users of our hair oils have had tremendous benefits including hair growth, strength and shine. 
  
  
• Q: Are all your products organic?
• A: Yes, they are. All our ingredients are supplied by USDA organic approved suppliers, and we only use organic oils for our products, unless otherwise stated in the ingredients on our labels. Our policy is to only provide the highest quality products using organic ingredients. Bonus: almost all our organic ingredients are also 100% vegan, ethically sourced, kosher or halal certified as well.
  
  
• Q: What is the difference between 100% natural and organic?
• A: 100% natural means that the product is made only from naturally derived ingredients and does not contain any synthetic or artificial additives. "Organic" means that the product is made from ingredients that are grown and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemicals; i.e. the purest form of the ingredient extractable.
  
  
• Q: How long do I have to use your products to grow a full beard or grow hair?
• A: No one can guarantee the growth of a beard or hair by using products, but we would recommend that you use Knightsmen Grooming beard oil or hair oil for as long as you'd like and the benefits of using beard oil will present itself in due time. Our staff members started seeing incredible results after 4 months of continuous use everyday. The benefits of beard oil and hair oil are vast not only for your facial hair but also for you skin and scalp too. 
  
  
• Q: Do you provide free shipping? 
• A: We provide the option of free shipping (paid for by us) when you purchase products totaling a certain amount. At the moment it is $75 or more that qualifies for free shipping within Canada and the US. Sometimes, we'll have promotions where the order total is less than $75 for free shipping, we recommend subscribing to our email listing so you can always be the first to know. In addition, you receive a surprise discount when your order exceeds $250 before taxes (our token of appreciation to you) . 
    
• Q: Are your products tested on animals or contain chemicals?
• A: No. We have never tested our products on animals. We will never test any product on any animal. We believe it is an unethical practice and will never do so. Our products are organic certified ingredients and do not have any chemicals or synthetics either. Our products have only been tested on men and women on our management, sales and production teams for lengthy periods of time before making them available for sale.
