Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Knightsmen Grooming

Below are the terms and conditions for our Shipping Policy. 

FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED AT CHECKOUT IF YOUR ORDER TOTAL EXCEEDS $75 BEFORE TAXES, IN CANADA and USA ONLY.
(FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS IN CANADA & USA OVER $75).
We ship to the USA and CANADA FOR FREE on orders over $75.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.

Prior to completing your checkout, we recommend that you review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order. However, if an order is not returned due to an incorrect address, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

  • We ship from our facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
  • We ship with Canada Post and other available couriers and tracking info is available with each order depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
  • We encourage our customers to select the shipping option that provides tracking information, though other options are available and the decision is that of the customers. 
  • Shipping Processing Time can vary depending on the size of the order you placed. However, we process and ship orders 5 days a week, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We ensure you that we do our best to get your items delivered to you as soon as possible.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped per the shipping and delivery option that was selected at checkout. 
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for U.S. and/or International orders to be processed.  Once the order is processed, it will be shipped per the shipping and delivery option that was selected at checkout. 
  • Shipments within Canada may take anywhere between 3-10 business days to be delivered. We have a very big country and it isn't always easy shipping to coast to coast, but we assure you, your purchase will be worth the wait!
  • Shipments to USA may take anywhere between 6-20 business days to be delivered. This is unfortunately out of our control due to factors like U.S. customs holding on to the package for lengthy periods of time, or courier related delays, especially during peak holiday season. 
  • Please note that courier delays are beyond our control. Please keep in mind that during holidays there may be a slower processing and shipping/delivery time for orders. 
  • Please email us at contact@knightsmengrooming.com. if you have not received delivery of your orders after anticipated delivery date has passed. Please be sure to include the order number, order total, items purchased, date of purchase, shipping option selected at checkout, shipping and billing address, your name and your contact information. 
  • By completing a purchase with Knightsmen Grooming you are agreeing to our shipping policy.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Lost or Stolen Shipment:

If your shipment is lost or stolen, or you have not received it and a significant amount of time has passed, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number, order date, items ordered and shipping address. We will work to resolve the issue in due time.
